CEC has been responsible for every phase of work at this Southeast Missouri site where several service stations had operated between 1952 and 1989, when the property was converted to a retail strip mall. CEC was contaced when tenants and patrons complained of headaches and the strong smell of gasoline. Investigation identified multiple plumes of petroleum hydrocarbons. A soil vapor extraction (SVE) pilot test was conducted and the remediation system was designed based on data collected.
